Your hotel’s reviews are integrated directly into the Asksuite chatbot, allowing guests to browse your guest feedback in real time while making their reservation. If you require this integration, you must contact asksuite to manage the request. Then, the asksuite team will ask you for the access key to proceed with the integration.    #### What is the Access Key and where do we find it? The access key is a code that allows the integration, which fulfills the function of reading the reviews of a specific hotel. You can get the access key directly from our platform.
