The asksuite chatbot is available on the main service channels: website chat (mobile and desktop), WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, e-mail and social networks.
How does the integration work?
The hotel reviews are integrated with the asksuite chatbot, allowing the guest to review the reviews at the time of booking.
If you require this integration, you must contact asksuite to manage the request. Then, the asksuite team will ask you for the access key to proceed with the integration.
What is the Access Key and where do we find it?
The access key is a code that allows the integration, which fulfills the function of reading the reviews of a specific hotel.
You can get the access key directly from our platform. Follow the steps below to find the access key in Fidelity.
1. Go to fidelity.myhotel.cl, go to your user profile and click on the “Company Adjusts” tab.
2. Click on the “See Access-Key” button.
3. Copy the code and share it with the asksuite team.
