How to link your hotel to Meta Business Suite
In this article, you will find the steps to obtain your Meta ID, register, and connect your business's commercial portfolio with myHotel.
Why is this linkage important?: These steps are necessary for the hotel to send WhatsApp messages with its own branding and identity through Concierge. The permissions granted to myHotel only enable us to manage messaging under your corporate identity.
Important Prerequisites:
- Administrator Access: The person performing this process must have a Facebook user account with full access and control (admin role) over the hotel's Facebook Business / Meta Business Account.
- Device: The procedure must be strictly performed from a computer or laptop, not from a mobile phone.
Steps to link your business:
Stage 1: Finding the META ID
- Log in to Meta Business Suite:
- Open your browser and go to Facebook Business / Meta Business Suite
- Access Settings:
- Go to your Business Information:
- Obtain your Business Identifier:
- Locate and copy the long number corresponding to the Business Portfolio ID [Meta ID].

- Share the ID with Support:
- Send this identifier (Meta ID) directly to the myHotel team, or to your account executive, to initiate the provisioning of your line.

Stage 2: Accepting the Partner-initiated onboarding request
- Review the requests section:
- In your Meta panel, go to the "Requests" section. There, you will see an invitation from Messangi, our partner and Meta-certified provider for the technical administration of WhatsApp lines. You will also receive a notification in your email.

- Approve the request:
- Review the presented data thoroughly and click on "Approve" to grant management access.

- Advance in the wizard:
- Press "Next". You will see that the WhatsApp account data will already be pre-filled by the system.

- Skip the phone step temporarily:
- Select the option "Add a phone number later" and press continue. The final phone line will be linked directly by the myHotel team at a later stage.

Once you approve and submit the form, your hotel's Concierge will be configured and ready to operate within 24 hours.

Important: Make sure to follow each instruction exactly as indicated. Not entering phone numbers manually in step 9 prevents registration conflicts with WhatsApp servers.
