Expedia integration manual

In the following article you will be able to review the step by step to integrate Expedia with Fidelity Suite, this integration will allow you to respond to reviews directly from our platform.

1. Log in to the Fidelity Suite platform: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/login

 

 

2. Once logged in, you must enter the following link: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/online/integraciones/expedia

 

3. You must click on the "clicking here" button in point 1:

 

 

4. Once inside Expedia, from the menu on the left, you must access the Rooms and rates section. Within it, you must choose the Connectivity settings option:

 

 

5. Next, you must initiate the connection; to do so, click on the button:

  • Get started (if it is the first time)

  • Add a provider (if you already have providers configured)

  • Change provider (if you wish to replace an existing provider)

 

 

 

 

6. In the new window, search for the provider by entering myHotel SPA and select it, then click the Next button.

 

 

 

7. Enable the permissions for Reviews, for this you must click the Connect button.

 

 

8. Once the process is finished, verify that the provider myHotel SPA is active.

 

9. Go back to Fidelity and click the Check connection button to finalize the integration.
