How can I get/download the QR or link to share my surveys in the Hotel?

In this article, you will learn how to download the QR code for your surveys, get the public link to share with your guests, and send yourself a test email of your survey.


This feature is available for Onsite and FollowUp.

Where in Fidelity Suite?

Onsite /FollowUp > Surveys

Download the QR code:

If you need to get the QR code or link to share your Onsite and/or FollowUp surveys with your guests, you must go to the Onsite or FollowUp Surveys section.

From here, you just need to click on the QR icon that you will find in the top right corner of the screen. If you have more than one survey, you must first choose the survey and then download the QR or link from the icon.

 

 

Get the survey link:

If you want the link to share the survey, you must click on the link icon:

 

Send a test email:

To send a survey mailing to your email,

  1. Select the survey you wish to send

  2. Click on the Letter icon ✉️

  3. Add the email, select the language, and click "Send"
