How can I make a change to my Online competitive set?

If you need to make a change to your competitive set, please contact us at support@myhotel.cl and our team will be happy to assist you.

Your competitive set can include up to 5 competing properties. If you have already configured all 5 and need to make a change, please specify which hotels you would like to remove and which ones to add.

To ensure we add the correct properties to your dashboard, please provide either the website link or the OTA listing URL (e.g., Booking.com or Tripadvisor) for each new competitor, in addition to their name.
