To review closed cases in Desk, you must go to the Closed section of the module: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/cases/history
In this section, you will be able to filter by creation date, creating user, assigned user, stage, status, "seen", source module, priority, type, team, and area.
You will also be able to search for cases by title or areas.
