👤 How do I reset my password or unlock my user?

If you forgot your password and need to recover it or if when you try to log in to Fidelity, you get a blocked user message, you can follow the steps below.

To reset your password or unlock your user, you can use the Did you forget your password? link that appears in the login screen:

 

 

Here, you will need to enter the email associated with your Fidelity user:

 

 

After a few minutes, you will receive an email from which you can recover your password:

 

 

If after a few minutes you do not receive an email to recover your password, write us at soporte@myhotel.cl and we will help you.
