In what period is a survey answered counted?

Below we will explain how the information of answered surveys is displayed in the Onsite and FollowUp modules.

This is a question frequently asked by our clients.

In Onsite and FollowUp the answered surveys are counted considering their response date, this means that it is possible that a survey from one period ends up being counted in the following period.

Our system will show the answered surveys from the most recent to the oldest.

For example, if a survey was sent to a guest in the month of February and was answered in March, the survey will be counted in February, but the response will be counted in March.
