What does the Comments section in Sentiment show?

In this article, you will learn about the information and tools available to review your guest feedback in the Comments section.

Please note that the Sentiment Index has been calculated starting from January 1, 2026. If you need to consult previous periods, you can access the previous version (Semantic) using the yellow banner at the top of the screen.

The Comments section displays all the reviews analyzed during the selected period, along with the detailed analysis performed on each one.

At the top of the screen, you will find a button to select the date range and apply filters.

The available filters are:

  • Products
  • OTAs
  • Intensity
  • Topics
  • Areas
  • Attributes

At the top of the comments window, you will see:

  • Total number of comments analyzed
  • Number of mentions detected
  • Sentiment Index

Below this, there is a search bar that allows you to search by keyword, Topic, or Attribute. You can also filter directly to view positive or negative mentions.

In the main list, you can review each comment along with the following details:

  • Guest name
  • Source product (Onsite, FollowUp, Online, Concierge)
  • Room number (if applicable)
  • Date
  • Direct access to review the full survey or review
  • Number of positive and negative mentions

Each comment highlights the analyzed Topic and Attribute. Through color coding, you can quickly identify whether the mention is positive (green) or negative (red). Additionally, when hovering your cursor over a mention, the exact sentence that triggered it will be highlighted in the comment text.
