In this article you will learn more about the Surveys section in the Onsite and FollowUp modules.
In the Surveys section, the user will find graphs related to each of the survey questions.
Each question has two types of graphs associated with it: Pie chart and bar chart.
The pie chart will show the responses to each question and the percentage and quantity related to the total number of responses received.
In the bar chart you will be able to compare the current period with the previous period (same number of days backwards).

From this section you will also be able to send yourself a test email to review the survey invitation email settings and review the test survey:
By downloading the Excel report from this section, you will be able to review each of the survey questions, with their number of responses and percentage. You will also be able to check all the comments left by the guests.
