Our virtual assistant can send automated pre-stay and welcome campaign messages. It can be configured with all the information your hotel considers relevant for guests—such as amenities, schedules, and policies—which can be updated at any time from the admin portal. You can also personalize Concierge's identity with a name, position, image, and communication tone.   ### **How can I test Concierge?** You can test it by clicking the "Test Concierge" button inside the Concierge module in the Fidelity menu.   ### **How can I request this module?** You can schedule a demo by clicking the "Schedule a Demo" button when accessing the Concierge module from the Fidelity menu.
