What is Concierge?
In this article, we explain what our new Concierge tool is all about.

Concierge is an intelligent virtual assistant via WhatsApp, capable of answering questions about the Hotel asked by anyone, guest or otherwise, 24/7.
Our virtual assistant can send campaigns—meaning automatic pre-stay and welcome messages. It can be loaded with all the information the Hotel considers relevant for its guests, and this information can be updated.
You can also personalize Concierge's identity with a name, position, image, and communication tone.
How can I test Concierge?
You can test it using the "Try Concierge" button in the new Concierge module, which you can find in the Fidelity menu.
How can I request this module?
You can do so via the "Schedule a demo" button when entering the Concierge module from the Fidelity menu.
