The reviews that can be answered directly from the platform, without having to go to the OTA's extranet to answer are the following:- Tripadvisor
- Booking
Reviews from these OTAs can be answered directly from Fidelity only if the integration process was previously performed.
Without the integration process, in the case of Tripadvisor and Booking, the reviews will continue to be received, but must be answered directly on the website of each OTA.
In the case of Google, without the integration process we will not receive the comments left by guests in the Google My Business profile, nor will we be able to answer these comments.
