La sección Comparación te permite analizar el desempeño de tu hotel frente a tu set competitivo mediante indicadores clave presentados en tablas y gráficos, para que puedas evaluar tu rendimiento durante el período seleccionado. En la parte superior de la sección se mostrará una tabla donde aparecerá el hotel y su set competitivo, comparados con los siguientes indicadores: - **IRO:** Aquí se muestra el Índice de Reputación Online (IRO) y sus tres dimensiones: Calificación, Cobertura y Reseñas. - **Calificación:** Se mostrará el promedio y la calificación por cada OTA. - **Cantidad de reseñas:** Aquí se muestra el total de reseñas recibidas en el período y el desglose por OTA. - **Cobertura:** Se mostrará el porcentaje de Cobertura del período y el detalle por Promotores (huéspedes satisfechos que recomendarían el hotel), Pasivos (huéspedes neutros) y Detractores (huéspedes insatisfechos). -
