1. How to find your Meta Business Manager ID?

Your business ID corresponds to your Meta Business Manager account. You will need this ID to apply for a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). If you do not have access to your company's Business Manager, you can contact the Marketing Department or the person in charge of managing social media.

Steps to find your business ID:

  1. Go to Business Settings.

  2. Click on "Business Info".

  3. Under "Business Manager Information", you will see your ID number.

2. Verify your account in Meta Business Suite

Why is verification important?: Verifying your business adds credibility and unlocks all features of the WhatsApp Business platform, including higher messaging limits.

How to verify your business

  1. Access the Security Center:

    • In Meta Business Suite, go to "Security Center" in the left menu.

  2. Start verification:

    • Click on "Start verification" in the "Business verification status" section.

  3. Provide business data:

    • You will be asked to enter:

      • Legal name

      • Address

      • Phone number

      • Business registration data

  4. Upload documentation:

    • Attach official documents that support your information, such as:

      • Business license

      • Certificate of incorporation

      • Tax registration documents

  5. Submit the application:

    • After completing everything, click "Submit".

  6. Wait for approval:

    • The process may take a few days.

    • You can check the status in the "Security Center".
