In the following article you will be able to review the step by step to integrate Booking with Fidelity Suite, this integration will allow you to respond to reviews directly from our platform.
1. Log in to the Fidelity Suite platform: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/login
2. Once logged in, you must enter the following link: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/online/integraciones/booking
3. From here, you must click on the Configure connection button.
4. A new window will open asking you to log in with your Booking credentials.
5. When you enter your credentials, you must check the Guest Reviews option and then click on Connect.
6. Once connected, you must return to Fidelity and click on the Check connection button.
7. If the connection is successful, you will see the following message:
