In the following article you will be able to review the step by step to integrate Tripadvisor with Fidelity Suite, this integration will allow you to respond to reviews directly from our platform.
1. Log in to the Fidelity Suite platform: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/login
2. Once logged in, you must enter the following link: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/online/integraciones/tripadvisor
3. Desde acá, debes hacer clic en el botón Ir a Tripadvisor
4. A new window will open asking you to log in with your Tripadvisor credentials.
5. From here you must go to Configuration and help, then select the Manage users option.
6. Now click on the Invite new user button, type the Email myhotel-tripadvisor@myhotel.cl and send the invitation.
