Tripadvisor Integration Manual

This step-by-step guide walks you through integrating Tripadvisor with Fidelity Suite, allowing you to reply to reviews directly within our platform.

1. Log in to the Fidelity Suite platform:  https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/login

 

 

2. Once logged in, you must enter the followin link: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/online/integraciones/tripadvisor

 

3. Click on the "clicking here" link in step 1:

 

 

4. A new window will open asking you to log in with your Tripadvisor credentials.

 

 

 

5. From here you must go to Help & Settings, then select the Manage User Access.

 

 

 

 

6. Now click on the Invite New User button, type the Email myhotel-tripadvisor@myhotel.cl and send the invitation.
