1. Log in to the Fidelity Suite platform: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/login
2. Once logged in, you must enter the followin link: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/online/integraciones/tripadvisor
3. Click on the "clicking here" link in step 1:
4. A new window will open asking you to log in with your Tripadvisor credentials.
5. From the left side menu, click on User Permissions and then on the Add new user button.
6. In the new window, enter the email myhotel-tripadvisor@myhotel.cl and select the role within the OTA; we recommend Guest Services or Marketing. Finally, send the invitation.
