What information does the OTAs section display?

In the OTAs section of the Online module, you will find a table showing the average rating for each OTA during the period, the number of responses received in that period, and a final column with the year-to-date total.

At the bottom of this table, you will also see OTAs that are not configured for your hotel. If you have an active profile on any of these OTAs, you can contact support@myhotel.cl for configuration.

At the bottom of the section, you will find a trend chart for the past year and a table that also provides detailed information by OTA for the last year.
