What information does the OTAs section of the Online module show?
The OTAs section of the Online module shows the performance of your distribution channels. There, you will find a table with the following columns:

Average rating for the period for each OTA.

Number of reviews received during the period.

Year-to-date total.
At the bottom of this table, you will also see OTAs that are not configured for your hotel. If you have an active profile on any of these OTAs, you can contact support@myhotel.cl for configuration.
At the bottom of the section, you will find a trend chart for the past year and a table that also provides detailed information by OTA for the last year.
