In the following article you will be able to review the step by step to integrate Expedia with Fidelity Suite, this integration will allow you to respond to reviews directly from our platform.
1. Log in to the Fidelity Suite platform: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/login
2. Once logged in, you must enter the following link: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/online/integraciones/expedia
3. You must click on the "clicking here" button in point 1:
4. A new window will open where you must select “Invite user” and then complete the fields with the following information:
- Name: my
- Lastname: Hotel
- Email: myhotel-expedia@myhotel.cl
5. You must then select the hotel you wish to access and choose the GUEST EXPERIENCE USER function.
6. Finally you must click on “User Invitation”, then go back to Fidelity and click on the “I made the connection” button. In a maximum of 72 business hours the connection should be active (green traffic light).
