The Sentiment Index is calculated by dividing the number of positive mentions by the total number of mentions (both positive and negative) received during the selected period.
You can check the exact breakdown of this information in two easy ways:
- In the overview display: Hover your cursor over the Sentiment Index percentage to see the detailed figures.
- In the Comments section: Here, you will find the overall total of detected mentions and can easily filter the list to review only positive or negative mentions.
