In this article, you will find the step-by-step guide to get the public links for your surveys.
If you need to share your surveys with guests in an email or message, you can get the public link by following these steps:
1. You must go to the Surveys section of your Onsite or FollowUp module.
2. If you have more than one survey, you must first select the desired survey from the Surveys button.
3. Next, you must click on the link icon, which is the first icon in the top right of the screen. When you click on it, you will see all the available origins.
4. When you choose the origin, a warning window will appear, informing you that you will be redirected to a real survey link, which records received responses. If you click the Go to Real Survey button, a new window will open with the survey.
5. From the open survey, you can copy the link and share it.
By default, all hotels have the QR code for their surveys configured. In case you require a special link for a tablet, you must write to us at support@myhotel.cl for it to be created. After that, it will also be available in the list.
