If you need advice on your contracted modules, training, strategic recommendations, or want to purchase new modules, you can do so directly with your Customer Success Executive.
If you don't know who is in charge of your account, you can follow these steps:
1. Click on the help icon in the top right corner of the platform. In the dropdown menu that appears, click the Contact executive option.
2. Your Customer Success Executive’s direct email address and contact information will appear on the screen.
