Learn how to update the identity of your virtual assistant on WhatsApp. If you are already using Concierge, here we explain how to manage the change of its name or profile image through our support team.

If you already have Concierge, the myHotel virtual assistant, and wish to update its name or image on WhatsApp, you can request this change by writing to support@myhotel.cl. Simply send us the new information and our team will be happy to help you make the adjustment.
