The Semantic module is a tool that helps hoteliers identify which topics and areas are performing positively or negatively. It does this using artificial intelligence to analyze the text feedback received in both guest surveys and online reviews.
Not all comments are analyzed by Semantic, only those that meet the following conditions:

- Number of characters of the comment:
- Online comments: 75 characters minimum.
- FollowUp comments: 40 characters minimum.
- Onsite comments: 25 characters minimum.
- That the comments contain topics or areas related to the type of Industry.
