In the Comparison section, you will find various indicators in tables and charts for your hotel and your competitive set. This allows you to assess your performance over the selected period.
At the top of the section, a table will display your hotel and its competitive set, compared using the following indicators:
- IRO: Displays the IRO and its dimensions (Rating, Coverage, and Reviews).
- Rate: Shows the average rating and the rating for each OTA.
- Number of reviews: Displays the total number of reviews received during the period and the breakdown by OTA.
- Coverage: Shows the percentage of Coverage for the period, along with details categorized by Promoters, Passives, and Detractors.
- OTAs: You can select each OTA to view the average rating along with detailed rating information for each area assessed across different OTAs.
At the bottom of the section, various charts will be displayed for each table.
