Is it possible to delete a review from the Online module?
The answer is yes, but only if the review is no longer published on the OTA, Google, or Facebook website.
Why can't a review that is still published on the OTA be deleted?
Our system works with a reading robot that checks each of the hotel’s profiles on every OTA several times a day, searching for new reviews or detecting if there are responses to them. If a review that is still published is deleted, our robot will retrieve it again with each scan.
What can I do if I receive a malicious or incorrect review?
We recommend that you contact the OTA directly to request the removal of the comment. Once you receive confirmation of its deletion, you can write to us to also request the removal of the review from the platform.
