The answer is yes, but only if the review is no longer published on the OTA, Google, or Facebook website.   #### Why can't a review that is still published on the OTA be deleted? Our system works with a reading robot that checks each of the hotel’s profiles on every OTA several times a day, searching for new reviews or detecting if there are responses to them. If a review that is still published is deleted, our robot will retrieve it again with each scan.   #### What can I do if I receive a malicious or incorrect review? We recommend that you contact the OTA directly to request the removal of the comment.
