📩 How to set my alerts and reports

In this article you can review the step-by-step instructions to configure the sending of your alerts and reports by e-mail.

Alerts configuration

 

In Fidelity, you must go to the user icon and choose the Alerts Configuration option:

 

 

In the Alerts tab you can configure the alerts you receive by email and the alerts you can receive on the web (bell icon) or in the myHotel App.

To activate them, just click on the button, which will be blue. You can activate all alerts per module:

 

 

If you wish, you can also configure the alerts to only receive them if the guest is a Promoter, Passive or Detractor.

In Onsite or FollowUp, you must choose the survey and the buttons will be displayed for you to activate by guest type:

 

 

In the case of Online, you will have to activate the alerts you want in each OTA:

 

 

Report configuration

 

In Fidelity you can also activate the sending of weekly and monthly reports, these reports will give you visibility of the different modules active in your hotel.

To activate the reports, just choose the Reports tab in the Alerts Configuration.
