In this article you will see the step by step to receive Facebook comments in Fidelity Suite.
1. Log in with your username and password to the myHotel platform: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/login
2. Enter the following link: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/online/integraciones/facebook
3. Make sure you have access to your hotel's Facebook page from your account.
4. Click on the Integrate Facebook button
5. Log in with your Facebook account. If you are logged in, you will be automatically redirected to the platform.
6. Select the page you want to associate and that's it. You will have the page integrated with our systems.
7. To finish the process with Facebook, you must generate the permission to read content, this authorization can be found by going to the “Account” option located at the top right of your screen and then follow the steps below:
And finally, you must activate the permissions indicated in the following image. In case it is a hotel chain, you must select a drop-down list where all the properties you manage will appear.
