In this article you will be able to review the step by step to integrate with the Google My Business account, which will allow the hotel to receive and respond to Google reviews in Fidelity Suite.
1. Log in with your username and password to the myHotel platform. https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/login
2. Click on the link below: https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/online/integraciones/google
3. Click on Integrate Google
4. Choose the account you want to connect and allow access to myHotel.
5. Select an account to start the setup
6. Choose the property and click Send Configuration
7. You're done! Your Google My Business account is now connected to the
myHotel platform.
8. In case of disconnection, the user who performed the process will receive an email alert requesting to reconnect.
