💡 How can I contact the Support team?

If you have any questions about the operation of Fidelity, want to report a situation about its operation or need help with some settings, you can follow the steps below.

 

Using the form

 

To contact our Support team, you can do it from the form located in the support icon on the top right of Fidelity:

 

 

Here you will have to fill in some fields that will be very useful to help you and something very important, you will also be able to attach a screenshot.

 

 

Upon submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the ticket and our team will contact you as soon as possible.

You can also write directly to us at support@myhotel.cl where you will also receive an email confirming receipt of the new ticket.  

 

 

 

 

Remember that it is very important for our team to receive the requests with as many details as possible, it is always recommended to send a screenshot. 

The more information our team has, the better and faster they will be able to help you.
