How can I make changes to my surveys?

Who can execute this action?
The myHotel support team.

No Fidelity user can directly make changes to the surveys, such as adding/deleting questions or customizing the text and images.

Platform Administrators must request the adjustments by sending the information to support@myhotel.cl

 

If you need to make adjustments to your Onsite and/or FollowUp surveys, adding or removing questions, this action must be performed by our team; it is not possible for users to do so.

You can write to us at support@myhotel.cl sending the changes, and our team will be attentive to help you.

It is important to consider that, in the case of survey adjustments, if you need to delete a question or item, it will no longer appear in the Fidelity indicators, so we recommend that before requesting a change, you download the reports of answered surveys:
