How can I make changes to my surveys?

If you need to make adjustments to your Onsite and/or FollowUp surveys, you must write to support@myhotel.cl and send us the changes you require, our team will be attentive to help you.

It is important to consider that, in the case of survey adjustments, if you need to delete a question or item, it will no longer appear in the Fidelity indicators, so we recommend that before requesting a change, you download the reports of answered surveys:
