If you need to review the surveys that the hotel currently has and the invitation mailings sent to guests, you can do so by following a few steps.
In Fidelity, you must go to the FollowUp or Onsite module, depending on the survey and mailing you wish to review.
In either module, go to the Surveys section:
From here, you will be able to review the test surveys in your three configured languages, you will also be able to send yourself the invitation email, also in your three languages:
The surveys and emails that are sent are test surveys, this allows you to interact with them, for example answering the surveys, without these answers being registered in the platform.
If you have more than one survey, you can select them from the Select Survey button:
