How should I proceed if my hotel changes its PMS?

The sending of satisfaction surveys is done using guest information obtained from the integration with your PMS.

If the hotel is going to carry out a PMS change, we must be informed in advance at the email address integraciones@myhotel.cl in order to proceed with the new integration. This way, when the hotel makes the change, the new integration will already be working and the service will not present interruptions.

If we are informed of the PMS change once it has already been carried out, it is very possible that the survey sending will be affected, because we will not be receiving guest information.
