How to add followers to a case in Desk?

This article explains how you can add followers to a Desk case so that they are aware of the case management.

A follower, in a Desk case, are those users who will receive all the updates of the case management, without being responsible or creators.

A follower can be added to a new case at the moment of its creation, in the “Case description” section when adding the @ character, the list of all the users of the hotel will be displayed, there you can choose the ones you want to add as a follower.

 

 

It is also possible to add followers once the case has been created, for this you must enter Desk - Cases, open your case and add the followers from the “Followers” box on the left side of the window.

 

 

Remember that only a user already created in the platform can be added as a follower.
