In this article, you can review the step-by-step process for responding to reviews directly from the platform.
Currently, it is possible to reply directly to comments on Google, Tripadvisor, and Booking. The hotel must first complete the integration process by following these steps:
- Google My Business Authentication
- Tripadvisor Integration Manual

- Expedia Integration Manual
1.- To respond to reviews, you must go to the Online - Reviews section and click the Reply button:
2.- For a few seconds, you will see our AI working:
3.- Once the response is generated, you can review it, edit it if necessary, and publish it by clicking the Publish on... button.
When responding to Google reviews, they will be marked as responded to immediately. In the case of Tripadvisor and Booking reviews, you must wait for OTA approval. Once the response is approved and published on the website, the review will be marked as responded to on the platform.
If you receive an error message when responding to a review on Google, Tripadvisor, Booking or Expedia, please write to us at support@myhotel.cl and send us a screenshot of the review that triggered the error (not the error message itself).
