In this article, you will learn the steps to follow to contact a guest who completed a survey.
Did you know that it is possible to contact guests who responded to surveys directly from myHotel?
From Onsite or FollowUp, go to the Guests section, where you can view all the surveys completed during the period:
To contact a guest, simply click the Contact button:
Next, you will see the contact options. If these options appear in gray, it means that there is no information available to contact the guest in that manner (e.g., surveys without a valid email address or phone number):
By choosing Email ⚡ or Whatsapp ⚡, a smart response will be generated, which you can edit before sending.
By choosing Phone call, In-person, or Others, you can enter a description that informs other users of the actions taken:
The survey will be marked as contacted, and upon opening it, you can review the contacts and actions taken.
If the contact is made via email, any response from the guest will be received by the user who initiated the contact from the platform.
