How to create a Team (Administrator users only)

In this article you will see the step by step to create a Team in Fidelity.

To create a Team in Fidelity, you must be an Administrator user.

 

You must enter User Management from the menu in the upper right corner:

 

 

In this section you should go to the Teams tab:

 

 

Then click on the Create Team button. If this is the first time you create a team you will see this screen:

 

 

If other teams have already been created, you will see the following:

 

 

When creating a Team, you must give it a name and you can also add a description:

 

 

Then you must choose to which area this Team is associated:

 

 

You must also choose the users that will be part of the Team, the users that appear in the list are the ones that are created and associated to the hotel:

 

 

 

Finally you will have to choose the Team leader:
