I paid the invoice and I still get the notice on the platform, why is this?
There are several factors that influence, here we share them with you:
- The time to confirm and reconcile the payment depends on which payment method you use, but once the payment is confirmed, the maximum time is 1 hour.
- You may have more invoices pending, we recommend you to check in your profile, in the billing section, where you can see your account status https://fidelity.myhotel.cl/invoice
- Once you have verified the above, press CTRL+SHIFT+R and it should disappear.
