In case you detect that the sentiment associated with a comment is not correct, if you are an Administrator user, you can edit it. In this article we will show you step by step.
Our Semantic module, thanks to artificial intelligence, performs an analysis of comments received in surveys and reviews, associating a positive or negative sentiment.
Due to the complexities in the form of writing that people can present, it is possible that sometimes the sentiment of a comment is not so clear to our artificial intelligence, which could be reflected in a wrongly assigned sentiment.
If you are an Administrator user in Fidelity, you can change this sentiment by following these steps:
1. Go to the Semantic - Comments section.
2. Here you must find the comment you want to edit. Now you must display the detail of the semantic analysis, this from the bottom right side of the comment, in the See Detail button.
3. With the detail of the Themes and Areas detected by Semantic, you must click on the Edit button.
4. Finally you must choose the Theme to which you want to change the sentiment and then click on the Save button.
Each time an Administrator user makes a change to the sentiment of a comment, this change will be recorded in the Change Audit section.
