Collect is a tool that allows you to ask guests to leave reviews on Tripadvisor, Google and Facebook.
First of all, the Tripadvisor profile must be configured and the Google and Facebook integration process must be completed (a process that must be carried out by each hotel).
The tool has two ways to request comments: Surveys Collect and Sent Collect.
Surveys Collect is a widget that appears at the end of the survey, asking the guest to enter the hotel profiles and leave a review of their stay.
Sent Collect is an email, sent by the hotel, after check out requesting to leave a comment. This email is sent on behalf of a travel community and not from the hotel.
What configurations can I request in Collect?
Collect can be configured to request reviews from Tripadvisor, Google and/or Facebook, each hotel decides whether to activate all three profiles or only one of them. You can also decide if this message and emails will be sent to all guests or only to some of them, for example only guests who have responded to the survey and are promoters.You can also customize when the invitation email is sent and in what time range.
