The Emails Rate report is the one you can find in Onsite/FollowUp - Summary, this report shows all the reservations that the system has received due to the integration with the hotel's PMS.
The guests shown in this report correspond to the total number of guests received and not all of them may have responded to the surveys.
The purpose of this report is for the Hotel to review the information filled out for each reservation and take action in case, for example, the email address is not entered or is incorrect.

Is there a difference in the Posting Rate report for Onsite and FollowUp?
Yes, there is a difference between the two and this is about the bookings that will be shown in each report for the same time period.
In the Onsite report, by choosing a certain time period, the report will show all the guests that were inside the hotel during those days.
In the FollowUp report, by choosing a specific time period, the system will show all the guests who checked out during those days.
