OTAs allow their users to edit or delete published comments, which is why the Online module is dynamic, since the freedom to edit can cause the rating or comments to change over time.
For example, on Google, when a user edits the rating or text of their review, it will be shown in the listing as recent and its publication date will change to the date of the last edit. If the comment was old and had already received a response from the hotel, that response will be maintained.
For this reason, it is possible to receive a review that already has a response, and for that response to be from an earlier date. If you want to edit the response, this must be managed with the support team of each OTA.
