Today, we'll guide you on how to obtain information about guest emails on the myHotel platform.
If you want to get the email addresses of all guests, regardless of whether they responded to the survey or not, you should go to the Summary tab in Onsite or Follow Up.
Here, you'll find a box called "Emails Rate," which has a small arrow on the right side that allows you to download the report.
Remember to first select the time period for analysis, which you can do from the button in the top-left corner.
In this report, you will find information for each reservation, including integration channel, reservation number, name, last name, email, email validity, check-in, check-out, room, country, language, and phone.
