In this list you can consult the performance of the following indicators:

- Ranking Tripadvisor

- Email Response Rate
- Public Survey Response Rate
- Total Guests
- Promoters
- Passive
- Detractors
- Survey Total Score
- Semantic Index
Areas
Here you can consult the performance of the different areas present in the surveys, being able to filter by each one of them.
How is this information sorted in the graph and table?
The performance information of the Indicators or Areas will be displayed differently, depending on the number of days of the selected period:
- If a time period is chosen that is more than 93 days, the information is displayed by months.
- If a time period between 92 days and 31 days is chosen, the information is displayed by weeks.
- If a time period less than 31 days is chosen, the information will be displayed by days.
Report
The report will show the table of information for the Indicators and Areas. The information will be segmented according to the previous point.
