When responding to a Booking review, a message appears reporting that there is already a rejected response

In this article, you will find answers if, when responding to a Booking review in the Online module, a message appears informing you that there is a rejected response.

When responding to a Booking review from the Fidelity platform, once the response is sent, the review is marked "Pending Approval" on the platform; this status lasts for 72 hours. During this time, Booking reviews, approves, and publishes the response. Once the response is published, the review is marked as responded to in Fidelity. If the response is not approved, after 72 hours it returns to the "Not Answered" status.

If, when attempting to respond to the review again, a message appears indicating that the submitted response was detected as rejected by Booking.com, you must follow the instructions and log in to the OTA's extranet to verify the response status.

If the response continues to be shown as rejected on Booking, you must edit it from their website, and once it is approved and published, it will be marked as responded to in Fidelity.
